Full Registration January 15, 2011 through March 1, 2011 Per booth: $775.00

Booth Package includes:
Basic booth set - 8’x10’ space with one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, id sign
Wireless Internet access within Exhibit Hall
Parking for one vehicle per day when lodging at Hyatt
20 amps of power
Two staffers attendance, includes Sunday dinner and Monday lunch
Two passes to all breakout sessions
Exhibit Hall passes for invited clients for Hall and Demonstration area

Additional Fees:

Presentation Session (per 50 min)

Fee: $300.00

*Must submit via the call for presenters by September 15, 2010

Additional staffers (beyond first two staff, excluding meals) Fee: $25.00

Cancellation Policy:
If an exhibitor finds it necessary to cancel its participation, refunds will be made upon receipt of a written notice no later than February 1, 2011. $100 cancellation fee to be assessed for all cancellations. All booth purchases must be paid in full by February 18, 2011 to be listed in the conference program.
