PRESENTER INFORMATION
We are recruiting presenters for WASWUG 2011 through a formal call for presentations process. Submissions will be accepted until September 15, 2010. You can begin the submission process today and wait to “submit” until you’re presentation is finalized.
This year, if you are accepted to present, the main presenter's registration fee is waived. We value the contribution presenters make to the conference and can’t do this without you.
As a presenter you will receive the following:
- Complimentary Registration to WASWUG 2011 including all meals and networking events
- Special Presenter Lunch Sunday March 6th, 12-1pm
- Complimentary Parking at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue
- Certificate of Appreciation
- Opportunity to network with fellow Cooperative members throughout the conference
*Exhibiting Companies interested in presenting will be charged $300.00 per presentation if selected.

Follow these easy steps for submitting a presentation:
- Follow link to Call for Presentations registration page.
- Enter your contact information to begin the process of submitting your topic for WASWUG 2011.
- Select the submit button to save your registration.
- Complete the Session Title, Description & additional Presenter Information.
- You can return to the registration site at any time to update and complete.
Presentation Review and Approval
All submitted presentations will be reviewed by the WASWUG Curriculum Committee. You will receive notification by October 15, 2010 if your presentation has been selected. Make sure to include any scheduling notes or preferences on presentation length (50 or 100 min.) when completing your presentation profile.
