PowerPoint Instructions:
Step 1: Download the WASWUG 2011 PowerPoint Template, choose link above.
Step 2: Prepare your presentation. Please name the file in this format: Date.PresenterLast Name.Session Title. Example: Sue Furth’s session is titled “Why I love WSIPC” and she is speaking on March 6. The file name would be “3.6.11.Furth.WhyIloveWSIPC.ppt”.
Step 3: Email the ppt. file (if under 5MB) to waswug@kfevents.com. If your file is larger than 5MB, please zip the file or send via “http://www.yousendit.com”. We will review your formatting to make sure everything looks good. You will receive a confirmation email message to let you know that your presentation is posted (you can include supporting documents following the same procedure).

Thank you to all who submitted Presentations for WASWUG 2011. We have a complete schedule with over 150 sessions three months earlier than ever before!
If you didn’t get your submission in before the September 15th deadline, we have another option for you! We have started an Alternate Presenter List. In the case of a Presenter needing to cancel their participation, we will reach out to those on our Alternate Presenter List to see if they can fill the slot. All requests will be made at least one month before the start of the conference and the Alternate will receive the presenter benefits listed below.
As a presenter you will receive the following:
- Complimentary Registration to WASWUG 2011 including all meals and networking events
- Special Presenter Lunch Sunday March 6th, 12-1pm
- Complimentary Parking at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue
- Certificate of Appreciation
- Opportunity to network with fellow Cooperative members throughout the conference

PRESENTER INFORMATION

This year, if you were accepted to present, the main presenter's registration fee is waived. We value the contribution presenters make to the conference and can’t do this without you. If there are multiple presenters you are able to divide the discount between presenters to equal one full registration fee. You will receive an email with instructions on how to register with your discount code. Please contact Sean Fleming with any questions.
*Exhibiting Companies interested in presenting will be charged $300.00 per presentation if selected.
